We began making Organic Tea in 1996 as a project while students at U.C. Santa Cruz. Over the years we developed a keen knowledge of balancing beneficial botanical ingredients and great taste. Our brewmaster Taylor Peck first brought Chai Cola to the rest of the team in 2009 as a novel twist on our traditional Chai Tea recipe. The fizzy elixir went over well not only with our team, but our thirsty fans out in the world – and that’s when we really got creative!
